Sizing
We do. Please refer to our Size Chart. If, after reviewing the chart you are still uncertain about what size to order email us at customerservice@zutano.com and we will be happy to provide you with more information.
closeGenerally, we recommend going by the height unless your child’s weight is substantially over or under the suggested weight range. If you're still not sure email us at customerservice@zutano.com and we will be able to provide you with more information about the fit of specific pieces.
closeYes. Preshrinking is a chemical process and we do not like to chemically treat our clothes unnecessarily. You will notice your garments arrive looking a little big. We recommend washing in cold water and drying on low heat to achieve the proper amount of shrinkage in our 100% cotton clothing.
Our Cozie pieces contain 80% cotton and 20% polyester; that 20% polyester prevents our Cozie Fleece items from shrinking.

We do not charge your credit card until the date we ship your merchandise to you. Credit cards are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
closeOur goal is to process all orders within 2 business days of receipt, so in many cases once you place an order it cannot be changed or canceled. Please contact us at customerservice@zutano.com to inquire whether it is still possible to change or cancel your order.
closeGift Services
Purchasing a Zutano Gift Card is quick and easy. They can be purchased in $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250, & $500 denominations. The gift card will be delivered to you, the purchaser, via email. All pertinent gift card information, including your gift message will be included in the email. You can then forward the email to the recipient of your choice.
closeAlthough we do not offer special gift packaging, whenever you purchase an item from this site it will arrive lovingly wrapped in tissue paper and secured with a special Zutano sticker. Should you choose to included a gift message, just enter your message during the checkout process and we will print it on a card that we specially designed to go with our collection.
closeThe recipient will receive a gift receipt. A gift receipt does not include prices but can be used to process an exchange if necessary.
closeWe do not currently offer a Gift Registry. However, you do have the ability to create a Wish List to share with family and friends. Once you have signed in to your account it's as simple as shopping and clicking "Send to Wish List". Just remember, unlike a Gift Registry your Wish List does not track what has been purchased from your list.

We ship to most destinations around the world.
closeAny duty or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods. It is important to remember this when sending gifts outside the US - the gift recipient will be charged duties and taxes if the gift is sent directly from Zutano.

To check the status of an order, you must log-in to your account. If you do not yet have an account with Zutano, you can create one by going to My Account.
closeYour confirmation e-mail contains a tracking number, which you can use at http://fedex.com/ to follow the progress of your order. You will also find your tracking number In My Account under “Summary”.
closeReturn Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund. Please see details below.
Zutano will gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise purchased from zutano.com for a full refund. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, specialty stores, or other online merchandisers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the original retailer. Returns must be received within 60 days of purchase and be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
If you are returning a gift, the return must be accompanied by the original gift receipt and refund will be made in the form of a Zutano Online Gift Card.
Zutano does not place exchange orders. All exchange orders must be placed by the customer. In this way you are assured we have stock available of the styles you wish to order. If you would like to exchange all or part of your order, please fill out the return form and check the box indicating you would like us to send you a Free Shipping Code to use when placing your exchange order. Make sure to provide us with your email address on the form. Return the form along with the product. Your credit card will be refunded for the returned items immediately upon receipt and we will email you your Free Shipping code.

If we shipped an incorrect item we will refund your postage and ship the correct item at no cost to you.

This will take you to an account management page. From there you can choose to unsubscribe. Removal is automatic.
